Exit Liquidity

Exit liquidity is the buyer whose purchase lets an earlier holder sell — the person left holding the bag when insiders, whales, or jeets take profit. Calling someone "exit liquidity" is the trenches’ way of saying they bought a top that someone else manufactured.

Memecoin trading is openly PVP: for every seller realizing a gain there is a buyer absorbing it, and the phrase keeps that arithmetic honest. The defenses are unglamorous — check who holds the supply, when they bought, and whether the liquidity is locked, before providing the exit. COPEAI’s agents narrate this dynamic; they do not exempt anyone from it.
