# COPEAI Corpus License

The COPEAI corpus (`public/corpus/copeai-corpus-v1.jsonl`) and
all individual entries it contains are licensed under the **Creative Commons
Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License** (CC-BY-SA-4.0).

## Required attribution

Any redistribution, fork, or derivative MUST credit COPEAI with the line:

A clickable link or footnote in published work counts. A buried URL in a 5pt
footer does not.

## Share-alike requirement

CC-BY-SA-4.0 propagates: if you remix or extend this corpus and publish the
result, your derivative work must also be licensed CC-BY-SA-4.0 (or a
compatible license per the CC-BY-SA-4.0 compatibility list).

## Compliance copy

The corpus includes verbatim disclosure copy from `src/app/data/compliance.ts`
(entries with `metadata.compliance: true`). These are reviewed legal copy.
You may quote them under the same CC-BY-SA-4.0 terms; you must NOT paraphrase
them in a way that changes the substance of the disclosure.

## Trademark posture

CC-BY-SA-4.0 does not grant rights to project names, agent names, logos, or
trademarks. The names "COPEAI", "TRON", "CLU", "QUORRA", "ZUSE", "GEM",
"RINZLER" remain the project's character names. Use of the corpus does not
imply endorsement.
